1 Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in these conditions are given below:

• "Platform" refers to the puji9 website, applications, and all related digital services.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following payment methods may be used to complete transactions on puji9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Typical withdrawal time: 10 to 45 minutes.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

puji9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. The following conditions apply to receiving and using bonuses:

Welcome Bonus:

• New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Or: deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance will be ৳32,000.

Wagering Requirement:

• The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times (15x) — applied only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.
• For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in total bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• No part of the bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Not all games contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement — contact support for specific terms.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has its own validity period — unused bonuses are automatically cancelled once the period expires.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to exploit the system will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of related winnings.
• puji9 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus terms under special circumstances.

6 VIP Program

puji9's VIP program has three tiers. Players can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

puji9's decision on VIP tier assignment and tier changes is final. VIP benefits are linked to the individual account and are non-transferable.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on puji9 are operated on the basis of fair play principles. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of any form of cheating, cheat software, or bots.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
